Through the practice of mindfulness meditation we begin to notice our judging mind. When judgmental thoughts arise, instead of continuing the cycle, if we allow the thoughts to rise up and just be there, we can observe them as an impartial witness and just watch them allowing them to dissipate naturally, rather than trying to suppress, change or fix them in any way.
